SFEDS Service Has Been Restored

The San Francisco Electronic Filing System (SFEDS) service was restored today, October 22, 2009, at 3:45 PM.  Due to a server outage, filers required to file electronic filings and corresponding paper filings on October 22, 2009 will still receive an automatic one-day waiver for any late fees if the filings are received on October 23, 2009.  Please see the notice regarding the waiver posted earlier today.
