Signature Verification Card Required Effective June 21, 2013

Campaign Finance Reform Ordinance Regulation 1.112-2 is effective today, June 21, 2013. All committee officers who sign electronic campaign finance statements must have a SFEC Form 112a Signature Verification Card completed and on file with the Ethics Commission to file electronic statements beginning Monday, June 24, 2013.  Statements filed by committees that do not have Signature Verification Cards on file for each signer on the statement will not be accepted.
