In 2014, the Ethics Commission implemented mandatory electronic filing of the Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) for elected officials, department heads, and members of boards and commissions. The electronically filed statements are available in PDF for review on the Commission’s web site.
The staff of the San Francisco Ethics Commission will hold an interested persons meetings to discuss likely regulatory action to expand these electronic filing requirements to all City employees who file a Form 700. Discussion at the interested persons meetings will be limited to this topic.
